The Diocesan Office of Special Education assists parishes and schools in welcoming persons with disabilities and their families into full participation in the life of the Church.

In our ministry we are guided by the example of Jesus who embraced and welcomed all into God's kingdom on earth. Recognizing that persons with disabilities are integral members of the Church of Bridgeport, the Office acts as an advocate on their behalf.
